Where is your garment factory?
Our development center and garment factory is located in Kaohsiung, an harbour city in southern Taiwan.

Where do your materials come from?
Mostly of our quality yarns are from Taiwan. We also purchase specialized yarns from some other countries, such as Japan, the US and German.

What are your specialities?
Our garment production line are specialized in activewears, cycling wears, running wears, compression clothes and baselayers.

Do you also produce fabric?
Yes. Our fabric production line are specialized in functional and performance fabrics, such as waterproof/breathable fabrics, lamination/coating fabrics, windproof fabrics, moisture wicking fabrics, quick dry fabric and cooling feel fabric.

Can you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export to customers in the US, Europe, Canada, Japan, India and other Asian countries by requested methods.

How do I get samples?
If you are looking for samples in the catalog, you can simply send us an inquiry with the item number of the pattern you want. For new developments, we will need to get your pattern draft, photos or send us the existed garment you have, and one of our representative will contact you shortly to discuss with your needs.

Do I pay for the samples?
There are fees for samples and prototype developments. However, the fees can be deducted when you place an order with us on its minimum order quantity(MOQ).

Are all your patterns/styles on the website?
We have more selection in our database, so please contact us with your demand and our representative will contact you with best fabric product which might suits your demand. Also, our website will be update regularly to provide you with latest product from ACOTEX.

Can I assign my own materials for my production?
Yes. You can choose the material you want for your production.

What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
For most of the patterns and styles, the minimum order quantity(MOQ) is usually 500pcs. However, with some special patterns the minimum order quantity(MOQ) may be varied.
